Kathy Pang is a home loan consultant with over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. Born and raised in Kaneohe and currently residing in Honolulu, Kathy's deep connection to her community drives her passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

As most borrowers are unfamiliar with the lending process or what they qualify for, Kathy’s approach revolves around understanding each borrower's unique needs, presenting them with a range of loan options, and formulating a personalized plan of action.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Hawaii and possesses the expertise to assist her clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of lending. Her know-how spans various loan products, from assisting first-time homebuyers and low down payment buyers to offering VA/FHA loans, USDA loans, investor purchases, 1031 exchanges, and non-qualified mortgage products.

 She enjoys the outdoors and the ocean, engaging in hobbies like hiking, walking, and stand-up paddleboarding. Additionally, she is involved with the Soroptimist International of Hawaii and Organization of Women Leaders, and she volunteers with Diamond Head Theater.
