Del C. Brown is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the mortgage industry. Born in South Korea and having lived all over due to being an “Army brat,” Del has made Honolulu his home for the past 30+ years. He pursued his higher education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he earned a BBA in Accounting.

Throughout his career, Del has been deeply committed to empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions. Del has made it his personal mission to educate others about financial matters. He believes that financial literacy is a key element of personal and community growth. According to the Financial Industry Regulation Authority, only 1/3 of the US population is considered financially literate, leaving a significant gap that Del aims to fill. With this goal in mind, he sees a potential audience of 210 million people who can benefit from his efforts.

Del takes pride in being a jack of all trades in the mortgage industry, equipping himself with extensive knowledge to serve as a reliable mortgage expert. His aim is to be the go-to person for anyone seeking guidance or answers regarding mortgages. Over the years, he has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise, making him a trusted advisor to his clients and business associates alike.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Del's interests are as diverse as his career. He enjoys hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, adventuring, and photography. Del's passion for exploration has taken him to various corners of the world, and he has hiked or trekked on every continent, except Australia, which he hopes to conquer someday. Additionally, he has successfully summited three of the world's seven summits, the highest mountain on each continent.

Beyond his financial and adventurous endeavors, Del is also an active member of the community. He serves as an Executive Board Member of the Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America, contributing to the development and growth of young minds.
