Jessica Nagatani brings nearly 20 years of mortgage experience to HMG.  She previously worked as a mortgage consultant with one of the nation’s largest financial service companies, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she consistently ranked in the top 10 percent nationwide and helped launch the locally owned company, Compass Home Loans back in 2014.  Passionate about making her customers’ dreams come true, she has received many national accolades for her outstanding production and customer service; and voted as one of Honolulu’s Best of the Best in the business.

After graduating from UH Lab School on island.  She went to college on a full scholarship to play volleyball at a Division I school in Michigan where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a triple major in Logistics, Operations Management, and Marketing.  Jessica grew up in a military household and married a local Hawaii Air National Guardsman.  She has two adventurous and kind young children.  They live in Kailua, Hawaii and love to spend time in the water and on the mountain.  Nagatani is enthusiastic and patient.  She loves helping clients become homeowners and the impact of buying a home and growing your real estate portfolio is not lost on her.  Jess also has a special place in her heart for helping military families.
